WHO WE ARE

The mission of The ChocoPod is to educate, inspire and give the sweet experience of chocolate to the public.

We here at ChocoPod will create the experience – visitors can learn about the history of the chocolate, cocoa beans, health benefits, and see the chocolate being made – the aroma, the hands–on experience – dipping the fruits and cookies in chocolate liquor taken fresh from the Grindeur/melanger.

ChocoPod will educate the chocoholics and chocopreneurs and just anybody who wants to learn about the craft chocolate making by conducting classes at different levels. The chocolate store sells everything chocolate – chocolate made by popular craft chocolate makers from around the world, ingredients, and equipment.

IN EFFORT TO PROVIDE INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION TO ALL STUDENTS, SPACE IS LIMITED TO 8-12 STUDENTS PER CLASS.
