Welcome to our Artisan Chocolate Making Class 101, this class will provide you with general view of the bean-to-bar chocolate making phenomenon, a member of the Cacao Concept team will transport you into the world of cacao (cocoa) and chocolate. On our journey, we’ll taste cacao from different origins, walk you through every step of the chocolate making process, and finalize with a guided tasting of single origin chocolate bars.

After this class, you will know the basics of the chocolate making process. From cut test, roasting, cracking and refining. This class is a great way to learn how artisan chocolate is made. Definitely an unique opportunity to satisfy your curiosity and taste delicious dark chocolate.
