Our introductory class will provide you with general view of the bean-to-bar chocolate making phenomenon, a member of the Cacao Concept team will transport you into the world of cacao (cocoa) and chocolate. On our journey, we’ll taste cacao from different origins, walk you through every step of the chocolate making process, and finalize with a guided tasting of single origin chocolate bars.
