CHEF ERIKA DAVIS

 

Pastry Chef Erika Davis is The ChocoPod’s executive chocolate maker. She is developing classes to teach all levels of chocolate-making using at The ChocoPod’s Roswell, Ga., location.   

Chef Erika is known in the U.S. and internationally for her scrumptious desserts and chocolates. Her career has spanned more than two decades, and she has demonstrated her talents in print, television and at various culinary events. She was one of the first cheftestants in “Top Chef: Just Desserts” on Bravo, and Chef Erika also served as a spokesperson for “Sunday Dinner Chefs” by Publix Supermarkets, showcasing holiday dishes. Chef Erika is a chocolatier ambassador for Cocoa Barry Chocolates, and she founded her own not-for-profit, Culinary Wonders USA, to support minority chefs. She recently served as chocolatier and creative director of Graycliff Chocolatier. Chef Erika also works closely with CocoaTown and uses the company’s equipment when making chocolate at The ChocoPod.

IN EFFORT TO PROVIDE INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION TO ALL STUDENTS, SPACE IS LIMITED TO 8-12 STUDENTS PER CLASS.
